All withdrawals that do not meet said requirements (e.g. playthrough not met, amount requested too low) will be denied within 72 hrs of the request.

1 - In order to make a Deposit, you must first download Royal Ace Casino’s software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing Royal Ace Casino, please go to the Download page or contact us through Live Help.

After installation of the Royal Ace Casino software, you must open a Real Money Account. Upon opening your account you will receive your Real Money Account username and password. You are now ready to make a deposit into your Royal Ace Casino account:

  • Start the Royal Ace Casino program, and select the “Play for Real Money” option.
  • Enter your Real Money Account username and password in the “Login” screen.
  • Click on the “Cashier” icon, followed by the “Deposit” option.

Generally, credit card or debit card deposits by members in Canada, UK or EU countries that use the Euro will be converted into and charged to the member’s card in US dollars. Credit Card Cancellations: If your card shows a double charge, or was charged by mistake or without your authorization, we will consider your case and if found valid, we will refund your purchase. In the case where you acknowledge the charge but want to cancel the transaction and request a refund, please be sure to send us an e-mail.

7 - To withdraw from your Royal Ace Casino account, please login to the Casino using your Username and Password, and then follow these steps:

  • Enter the amount you wish to Withdraw.

9 - Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your Casino Account anytime during the three days following your withdrawal request. After this time, your payout will be processed and may no longer be reversed.

10 - At Royal Ace Casino, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your Deposit(s) in the past, and the amount(s) of those Deposit(s).

Players depositing by Credit Card will be paid by either check or cash transfer. Payment method may vary from withdrawal to withdrawal.

Payouts requested within the same 24 hour period as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this Payout option may no longer be available.

The minimum withdraw requirement on ALL PAYOUT REQUESTS is $50.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your Payout request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits to your Royal Ace Casino account.

Royal Ace Casino reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Payout requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.
