1.1 Definitions

2.3 One Account Rule
Only one Account per player and per household is permitted. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. Players who register multiple accounts will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be canceled.
2.4 Registration Data Accuracy

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

- Identity Validation Photograph: A "selfie" of you holding your identification document or a recent newspaper or any other specific object requested by the Company.
- Supplemental Documentation:
- Proof of Residence: A utility bill issued within the last three (3) months that clearly displays your full name and current residential address.
- Any additional records or information (e.g., Proof of Legal Residency, Proof of payment ownership, bank statement, etc.) deemed necessary by the Company to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The Company reserves the right to suspend wagering activities or restrict specific Account functionalities until all requested documentation is received and verified. The Company maintains the right to conduct identity verification at any point throughout the duration of your relationship with the Service.
2.6 Additional Obligations for Registration
You also represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement with us.
- You are not acting on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes, but solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.
- You are the authorized user of the payment method you use.
- You, or your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program.
- You will not use a VPN, proxy, or similar service to mask your real location.
2.7 Third-Party Data Sources
To verify your identity, assess financial worthiness, and meet our regulatory obligations, we may use third-party information providers. Where additional personal information is obtained from such third-party sources, we will inform you of the data obtained.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Opening
We reserve the right to refuse a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Our website sign-up page is merely an invitation to join, not an obligation for the Company to guarantee service.
3.2 Username and Password
You must always keep your password confidential. We advise you to change your password regularly and never disclose it to any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
You are responsible for all activity on your account, including unauthorized third-party access. You may log out of the Service at the end of each session. We recommend doing so on shared or public devices.
3.3 Inactive/Dormant Account Policy
An account that has not been used within a two year period is deemed inactive. Royal Ace reserves the right to delete an inactive Account and its associated data after two years of inactivity. Activity is defined as: logging into the lobby, playing a game, or making a deposit.
Royal Ace will notify you before deletion by sending email notifications to your Registered Email Address and any recovery email on file.
3.4 Account Suspension and/or Termination
We may close or suspend your Account without prior notice if:
- You are not complying with these Terms.

- You are found to have multiple accounts.

3.6 Account Closure

4. Deposits
4.1 General Deposit Conditions
- Ownership of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment system, bank account, or credit card registered exclusively in your name. Sharing credit cards may result in deactivation and/or suspension of accounts.
- Currency Conversion: Deposits made in a currency different from the Account's primary currency will be converted based on the daily exchange rates from oanda.com or the prevailing rate of our payment service provider.
- Fees and Costs: Any applicable deposit fees or charges will be disclosed on the Website; you are also responsible for any external bank charges (such currency conversion fees and/or international fees) incurred during the transfer.

- Transaction Notification: Upon the approval of a transaction, a notification containing the billing descriptor is sent to the Account's Registered Email Address.

4.2 Legal & Compliance Obligations

- Payment Integrity: All payments must be made in good faith; any attempts to reverse a payment or initiate a dispute may result in the restriction of future purchases and the immediate closure of the Account. 4.3 Pre-Authorized Deposits
- Expedited Funding: To streamline the user experience, the Casino may credit a deposit amount to an Account immediately after a transaction is initiated but before final confirmation of approval is received.
- Failed Transaction Limits: In the event a pre-authorized deposit is ultimately denied or fails, meaning you were never billed by the merchant, any winnings generated from that specific credit are strictly limited to $200.
- Voidance of Excess Balance: Any requested winnings or remaining balances exceeding this $200 limit at the time of approval will be declared void and removed from the Account.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions
You may withdraw your balance in accordance with our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is usually $100 based on the method and rules attached to the balance. The minimum may be as low as $20 for select methods/bonus offers.
5.2 Currency Conversion
All account balances and transactions appear in the currency used for the relevant transaction. Some payment methods do not process in all currencies; in such cases, a processing currency will be displayed along with a conversion calculator.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification Requirements
KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. We reserve the right to request photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie, or other documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. We also reserve the right to request crypto wallet verification via a small deposit before processing a payment to that wallet.
5.4 Withdrawal Fees
There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over (wager) your deposit at least 1 time. Otherwise, we are entitled to deduct an 8% fee (minimum $4 or equivalent) to combat money laundering.
Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method, up to $40 (or 5% in some cases) per transaction, depending on the withdrawal method and/or withdrawal amount.
Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.
5.5 Payment Method & Routing
The Company processes withdrawals exclusively through its available supported methods. The specific method assigned for a payout is determined by your prior deposit history:
- Credit & Debit Card Deposits: If you primarily fund your Account via credit or debit card, withdrawals will be issued via bank wire transfer. In these instances, you must provide valid bank account details that exactly match the registered Account holder's name.
- Cryptocurrency Deposits: Withdrawal options via cryptocurrency are reserved for Customers who primarily deposit using digital assets. While payouts are generally restricted to the specific cryptocurrency used for the deposit, the Company reserves the right to use Bitcoin as the sole available payment option in certain cases.
- Compliance and Alternative Routing: The Company reserves the sole discretion to request alternative wire information if a provided financial institution fails to meet the Compliance Verification Process requirements set by our payment service providers. Exception in using alternative payment solutions is within the discretion and approval from management.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits
- Withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
- Withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the request.
- Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame.
- If your account balance is at least 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, withdrawals are limited to $5,000 per month. Otherwise, the maximum is $10,000 per month.
- Due to third-party processing limitations, your withdrawal may be split into multiple payments, each with a separate approval time.
5.7 Pending Withdrawal Limits
- You can request a maximum number of pending withdrawals equal to four times their current weekly limit.
- Approval will be made within 7 to 10 business days after day of the request.
- Weekly limits start at $2,500 per week and can be increased based on VIP level.
5.8 Approved Withdrawal Limits
- A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period. This limit can be increased based on your VIP level.
- Payment will be made within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
- A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week; remaining balances will be sent in subsequent weeks.
5.9 Right to Reverse Withdrawals
- The Casino reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your Account balance if required for compliance, account review, or other legitimate operational reasons.
5.10 Multiple Withdrawals
When requesting multiple withdrawals, the Casino reserves the right to:
- Combine total withdrawals requested into as few requests as possible to make payments faster, and up to the maximum allowed amount to be paid per week.
- Process withdrawals one at a time and resetting the time frame for the subsequent withdrawals once one gets approved or is paid.
5.11 Inaccessible Accounts
Should you wish to withdraw funds, but your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
5.12 Manager Withdrawal
An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This may include bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or amounts exceeding the Maximum Withdrawal Limit on a bonus, with excess funds removed at the time of approval. This does not mean these funds were approved for payment, but rather a deduction from your account balance.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
Only players who have registered a Real Money Account are eligible to receive promotions. Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, and shared computing environments (university, workplace, library, etc.), unless specifically stated otherwise.
Allowed Games vs. Not Allowed Games:

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonuses, including but not restricted to weekly/weekend coupons, Comp Points, cashback, and no deposit bonuses, the following rules apply:

6.2 No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips & Free Spins)
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following:
- 40X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards (60X playthrough for Table Games and Video Poker).
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- Maximum withdrawal is set at 1X the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100 or the minimum amount of the withdrawal methods available.
- Bonuses below $100 carry a cash-out limit of no more than $100 unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Players may not redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively without at least one real money deposit of $30+ USD between them unless the bonus offered specifically states otherwise.
- Players from certain countries may not cash-out from free chip offers without a prior deposit.
- Your account balance must be $3 or less to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus.
- If you are a first-time non-depositing player, winnings from No Deposit Bonuses will only be paid via cryptocurrencies (Litecoin (LTC) in most cases).
- For security purposes, if you have never deposited in the Casino, we require a one-time Litecoin (LTC) verification deposit ($10) to ensure that we send the winnings to the correct crypto wallet address and make sure you are genuine and who you claim to be. This must be done before any payout from a free bonus can be issued.
- If any cryptocurrency other than Litecoin (LTC) is used to make the verification deposit, due to our third-party provider's technical limitations regarding minimum withdrawal amount, the Casino reserves the right to consider the deposit as a real money deposit and no refund shall be issued.
When the wagering requirement is completed, the system automatically eliminates the excess balance and leaves only the maximum withdrawable amount allowed as per bonus rules, subject to all applicable terms and conditions. This is known as coupon reversal for No Deposit Bonuses.
6.3 Standard Wagering Requirements for Deposit Bonuses
To claim a Deposit Bonus (also known as Match Bonus), you must redeem it before placing any bets with the deposit. Once wagering begins, the right to a promotional bonus on that deposit is forfeited. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following:
- Maximum bet limits vary depending on the game you play and your current VIP level.
- When using a Deposit Bonus, the withdrawal request must exceed the sum of the deposit and the bonus (e.g., deposit $100 + $100 bonus = withdrawal must exceed $200) as most deposit bonuses are considered non-cashable and their amount will be removed at the time of approval.
- If a restricted game is played while a bonus is active (even after wagering requirements have been met), winnings may be voided.
- If an “All Allowed Games” bonus is used, at least 50% of gameplay must be on slots before requesting a withdrawal.
Bonus amount is non-cashable and will be removed from withdrawal amounts (e.g. If you receive a $100 Deposit Bonus and request a $390 withdrawal, the $100 deposit bonus is removed and the withdrawal totals $290). This is known as coupon reversal for Deposit Bonuses.
6.4 Weekly Cashback
The system automatically credits the Weekly Cashback in the afternoon on Sundays EST, and the amount of the credit is based upon your activity during the week prior. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following rules apply:
- 40X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards (60X playthrough for Table Games and Video Poker).
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- 2X maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100 USD).
- Weekly Cashback amount is considered cashable and will not be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request.
For the Weekly Cashback credit to take place, you must have no pending withdrawals, a balance of less than $3, and your NET losses (Deposits minus Balance and Approved Withdrawals) for the week prior (Sunday through Saturday EST) must add up to a positive value. Only deposits made via crypto or credit/debit card are considered eligible. Deposits made via other methods do not contribute toward cashback calculations.
6.5 Monthly Cashback (VIP Players Only)
The system automatically credits the Monthly Cashback within the first 3 days of each month. The amount of the credit is based upon your activity during the month prior. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following rules apply:
- 40X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards (60X playthrough for Table Games and Video Poker).
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- 1X maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100 USD).
- Monthly Cashback amount is considered cashable and will not be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request.
For the Monthly Cashback credit to take place, you must have no pending withdrawals, a balance of less than $3, and your NET losses (Deposits minus Balance and Approved Withdrawals) for the month prior (1st through Last Day of Month EST) must add up to a positive value. Only deposits made via crypto or credit/debit card are considered eligible. Deposits made via other methods do not contribute toward cashback calculations.
6.6 Welcome Free Chip(s) (No Deposit Bonus)
Any free chip used before making your first deposit, counts as your Welcome Free Chip (No Deposit Bonus). We do not allow multiple free chip redemptions in a row, and the rules for the free chip will follow our standard free chip rules (see above) unless specifically stated otherwise.
6.7 Appreciation Chip
Appreciation Chips (offered once per month to depositing members only) are usually sent after the 10th of every calendar month. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following rules apply:
- 40X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards (60X playthrough for Table Games and Video Poker).
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- 2X maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100 USD).
- Only actively depositing players from the previous month are eligible.
For the code to redeem, your last transaction must have been a real money deposit and balance must be below $3 USD. These codes will not redeem with pending withdrawals.
6.8 Birthday Chip(s)
The Casino offers special Birthday Chips to depositing members during the month of their birthday. The chips come with wagering requirements and withdrawal limits that may vary based on the size of the chip and the VIP level of the player receiving it.
- All terms for Birthday Chips will be specified in the promotion received.
- Birthday Chips are only valid for 7 days from the date of your birthday.
6.9 Comp Points
Comp Points are earned through playing games in the Casino. Most games earn you Comp Points, and the number of points earned vary depending on the game being played. When redeeming Comp Points, the following rules apply:
- 40X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards (60X playthrough for Table Games and Video Poker).
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- 1X maximum withdrawal limit (minimum $100 USD).
- 100 Comp Points = $1.00 in real money value.
- Minimum redemption: 1,000 Comp Points.
- Maximum redemption: 20,000 Comp Points.
- Only one request per day is allowed.
- Any Comp Points accrued while using a No Deposit Bonus or while playing with previously redeemed Comp Points are subject to become void.
- Expire after 12 months from the date earned.
- Expired Comp Points hold no monetary value and cannot be reinstated.
- It is your responsibility to redeem Comp Points before expiry.
Account balance must be below $3, and you must have no pending withdrawals to claim them.
6.10 Rewards Club
Rewards Club is calculated based on real money deposits made within the previous day EST (24-hour period). Automatically credited within 24 hours after your first deposit for the previous day. For example, if today’s first deposit was made at 10:00 am, you will see your Rewards Club Benefit delivered the following day at 10:00 am. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following rules apply:
- 1X wagering requirement in any “Allowed Games.”
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”
- No maximum withdrawal limit.
- Max amount credited is $50.
6.11 No Rules Bonuses
Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses referred as “No Rules” or "No Play / No Max" are subject to the following:
- 1X playthrough for Slots, Keno, Bingo, Board Games, Plinko, and Scratch Cards
- Wagering on Table Games and Video Poker is not allowed unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Cannot be used for playing in “Not Allowed Games.”

6.12 Jackpot Multiplier
Multiplied winnings are available only once per player per promotion. You must contact Customer Service within 2 hours of your Major Jackpot win to claim additional funds. Your account will be credited within 4 days if you qualify for the Jackpot Multiplier (promotion specific Terms and Conditions apply).
6.13 Restricted Games
Restricted games (“Not Allowed Games” as specified above) may not be played with any bonus funds. Any winnings from bonus funds on these games may become void.
6.14 Network Progressive Jackpot Games
Progressive Jackpot Games are games that include a network progressive jackpot that grows based on play in all casinos where the software provider offers them. These “Progressives” are considered “Not Allowed Games” and come with the following rules:
- Only match bonuses associated with the release of Network Progressive Jackpot games (“Progressives”) can be used on these games.
- Any other bonus used on these games may result in winnings being voided at the time of withdrawal, even if the bonus' associated wagering requirements are met.
6.15 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

6.16 Conflicting Bonus Terms
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final, and exclusive agreement regarding promotions. In case of a discrepancy between a specific promotion email and these Terms, the Terms shall prevail unless a specific override is granted by management.
6.17 Mixing Funds
Promotional offers and coupons may not be combined unless explicitly stated. If multiple promotions are mixed or stacked, any winnings derived from such play may be voided at the time of withdrawal. You may use only one bonus at a time.
Deposits made while a bonus is active may result in winnings being voided. In such cases, the original deposit amount will be credited back to your account. Please withdraw your winnings or clear your balance before redeeming your next offer.
7. Slot Tournaments Terms & Conditions

7.1 Tournament Credits

7.2 Tournament Winners
